By accessing or using mobilityalive.world (the “Site”), operated by Mobilityalive (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the Site and services.

These terms apply to all visitors, program participants, and purchasers of educational products related to stress reset routines, recovery practices, consulting guidance, personalized plans, and challenge programs.

2. Educational purpose only

All content on the Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes. It explains routine-building concepts, planning frameworks, and habit-support strategies. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical advice, psychological treatment, diagnosis, or emergency care.

We make no representations that following any routine will produce specific personal, professional, or physiological outcomes. Individual experiences vary.

5. Intellectual property

All text, graphics, layouts, logos, and downloadable materials on the Site are owned by Mobilityalive or licensed to us. Personal licenses grant use for individual learning unless a separate team or enterprise agreement is signed.

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, scrape, or create derivative commercial products from our materials without written permission. Limited quoting with attribution and a link to the source page is permitted for non-commercial commentary.

6. User conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes or to transmit harmful code
  • Harass staff or other participants in community features
  • Misrepresent affiliation with Mobilityalive
  • Submit false health claims or spam through contact forms
  • Attempt to bypass security or access restricted areas

We may remove content or terminate access for violations.

7. Third-party links

The Site may link to external resources for convenience. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Access external links at your own risk.

8. Payment and refunds

Paid products and programs are subject to our Refund Policy. By completing a purchase, you agree to the pricing displayed at checkout and applicable taxes.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by Ontario and Canadian law.

We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Educational content may be updated periodically; earlier versions may be archived or removed.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobilityalive and its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or services, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific product or program giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event, or one hundred Canadian dollars if no payment was made.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mobilityalive from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence where applicable.

Before formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting touch@mobilityalive.world within 30 days of the dispute arising.

13. Privacy and cookies

Personal data practices are described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge those documents.

14. Advertising and landing page representations

Any paid advertising for Mobilityalive in Canada or elsewhere must accurately describe our educational products and consulting services. Advertisements and landing pages must not:

  • State or imply guaranteed emotional, physical, sleep, or productivity results
  • Claim affiliation with hospitals, physicians, or regulated health colleges unless factually true and documented
  • Offer to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or mental health condition
  • Use before/after imagery suggesting health transformation
  • Target individuals seeking emergency or crisis intervention through this website

15. Changes
